Care instructions

All items are made upholstered with water-proof Marine vinyl, and the wood finished in 2 coats of polyurethane, making it remarkably easy to clean with most non abrasive cleaners, or a rag and soapy water.

What if there is something wrong with my order/order damaged?

If your item is damaged, Please contact us so we can get the situation taken care of. We stand behind our work and want to make YOU happy, if you arent please let us know! We strive for customer satisfaction. If there is any problem dont hesitate to reach out.

The primary color is the wood, and the secondary is the marine vinyl.

Cancellation Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

If you need to cancel your order for FURNITURE you have 24 hours to do so for a full refund, and the reason for this is all our orders are made to order, I will have already started making your order and purchasing material to complete it at that time. If you wish to cancel after that time, you can still do so, but a 35% restocking and material fee will apply.

WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS FOR JEWELRY, SHIRTS, MUGS, OR OTHER SMALL ITEMS, ABOVE POLICY IS FOR FURNITURE ORDERS ONLY!
The reason for this is those items ship the same day. When your order is received it is immediately made, and packaged and shipped. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Can I pickup my order?

We are currently a online store only in the Fayetteville NC area, but will try to arrange pickups from the shop at request.

How long until my item ships?

Due to demand, shortages and everything else going on, All furniture orders are currently taking a MINIMUM of 6-10 weeks. We try our best to meet that timeline, but it isn't always possible. Actual production time depends on volume of orders. If you have an event planned, PLEASE let us know when you order.
All other items ship fairly quickly, please see individual items for exact times.

Shipping

We are not responsible for missing/stolen packages after receiving delivery confirmation from the carrier.

T-shirt and Coffee Mug Orders

Our T-shirts and mugs are made to order and printed on demand by a trusted partner. These items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. We can not and do not accept returns or exchanges for these items. PLEASE Make sure you order the correct size and if it's a custom or personalized order, make sure your spelling is correct as we will print it exactly the way you write it. No exceptions.

Returned package

If your item gets returned due to a wrong address or alike, you will need to contact me to purchase a reship. All items are shipped to the address you provide, We are not responsible for these shipping costs.
